The annual Tigers and Dragon's fun challenge will take place on Sunday 20th March 2016 in St Josephs School for the Deaf, Navan Road, Dublin 7.

Success at INTA Open
Four member of Grandmaster Howard’s Taekwon-Do School performed well at the recent INTA Open International in the National Basketball Arena, Tallaght, Dublin 24. The four young martial artists are part of Ireland’s European Championships Squad and the competition in Tallaght was part of their development programme.
The red belts competed in both patterns and sparring and their progress over the past few weeks was clear to see in their high performances. The four young Taekwon-Do competitors from Castleknock, Cabra and the Navan Road, will continue in their training programme as they look forward to the upcoming European Taekwon-Do Championships in Greece.
Thanks to Ms Audrey Conon for coaching the students and Mr Jeroen Wezelman of the INTA for the invitation to the event.

Congratulations to the members of Grandmaster Howard's Dojang who travelled to Cork for the Scion Open yesterday. Of the 8 competitors who competed, the students took home 6 medals. The results were as follows
Finn: Gold medal in Sparring and gold medal in patterns
Max: Bronze medal in patterns
Sofia: Gold medal in sparring
Seoidín: Gold medal in patterns
Eoin: Silver medal in sparring.

Sparing Seminar
The Students of Grandmaster Howard's Dojang have been invited to attend the Sparring Seminar in St. Mark's Taekwon-Do School on Sunday 7th February, qualified students are invited and encouraged to attend and support the annual event.

We have been invited to the Scion Taekwon-Do Open in Cork on the 31st January 2016. Forms have been given out in class but are available below.
They must be returned to Senior Master Howard by Tuesday 19th January 2016.
