Teen/Adult Beginner Classes

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00 – 9:00pm

New Year Introductory offer:

10 classes for €30 (adults), 10 classes for €25 (teenagers).

This is our introductory programme for adults and teenagers, and no previous martial arts experience is required. Classes typically consist of fundamental Taekwon-Do movements, pad & target work, plenty of stretching and exercise, as well as practical self defence techniques. Loose, comfortable clothing should be worn. Our next enrolment for this class will start on Tuesday 29^th January 2013. New Year Demonstration

Tuesdays 7:00 pm

Our annual New Year’s Taekwon-Do demonstration will take place on Tuesday the 22^nd of January at 7pm in the new Inspire Fitness Centre (Ratoath rd, Cabra). The demonstration will show all aspects of Taekwon-Do and give a chance for all our students (adults, teenagers and children) to show off their skills. All welcome.

Note: We will be enrolling new members for our adult and teenager classes on the 29^th of January.

Below are the Christmas break times for the Taekwon-Do classes. Have a great Christmas and we’ll see you all in the New Year.

Adults: Last class Tuesday 18^th December (Christmas party Thursday 20^th), back Tuesday the 8^th January 2012

Teenager: Last class Tuesday 18^th December, back Tuesday the 8^th January 2012

Dragons (9-11 years):The last dragons’ class will be on Tuesday the 18^th of December in Inspire. The first class back will be on Tuesday the 8^th of January and again on Friday the 11^th of January.

Friday Tigers (6-8 years): Last Tigers’ class in the Bogies is Friday 14^th Dec, the first class in the New Year is Friday the 11^th of January.

Tuesday Tigers (6-8 years): Last Tigers’ class in Inspire is Tuesday 18^th Dec, the first class in the New Year is Tuesday the 8^th of January.

Congratulations to all the members who were promoted by Senior Master Phelan at the grading in St Marks Cummunity SChool on the 9th December 2012.
